The LLC Expert, LLC is in the business of serving the LLC business owner with LLC formation services, educational publications, products and services. We help you to understand the limited liability company as a business vehicle and to start and operate your LLC business properly.

We are an education based company founded to fill a major void in the marketplace where there is a dearth of accurate, quality and helpful LLC information and services. Our goal is to provide practical and professional services and publications related to starting and operating an LLC business.

We offer a document preparation and filing service to form a limited liability company for your business.

Unlike other companies, we do not dilute our focus and resources to provide a high quantity of various services related to every conceivable filing, license or form need to start a business. We focus on the LLC and providing the best services for LLC formation.

Every member of our staff is expertly trained in the requirements of the specific states where they prepare formation filings. We keep up to date with the latest LLC regulations and maintain relationships with state agency representatives to help us provide the fastest and most complete service to our customers.

We specialize in the limited liability company and guarantee that your LLC will be formed properly at the state level. We also beat the turnaround times of most other companies (sometimes by more than 2-3 weeks) and provide substantive information to help you post formation.

We are NOT a law firm. While we are founded by a lawyer and we have other professional advisers to help us provide education to our customers, we do not offer legal and professional consultative advice related to legal matters. A lawyer consultation can only occur on a one on one basis and you will pay between $200-$450 on average for legal engagements.

Rather, we are an education company dedicated to teaching LLC business owners fundamental information about various LLC matters that come up when operating an LLC business.

There is great value to getting a quality education and learning about these matters, but education can only take you so far.

Lawyers exist for an important reason and their services are extremely valuable to business owners (as evidenced by the expensive legal fees business owners pay them for their professional advice and legal work).

Our services come in to help with the more administrative matters such as LLC formation and to give you an education about fundamental LLC matters and subjects. This education is not only helpful to your business but also can help reduce your legal fees by having your lawyer spend less time educating you and more time with the needed consultative advice specific to your business.

We are not a substitute of a lawyer and do not try to be. Every business should have a lawyer as a trusted adviser for complicated legal matters.

My name is Amyli McDaniel and I am a co-founder of The LLC Expert, LLC.
I love small business and have 15 years of experience working with LLC and
and other business owners to start, operate, and grow their businesses.

In my experiences, I discovered that 90% of new business owners
choose not to spend their limited business budget dollars on legal fees
when starting their businesses. While not ideal from a business
planning and protection perspective, it is understandable given the high
costs of lawyer consultation.

When I searched for a next best alternative for small business owners
on limited budgets, I found that there really was no place to receive
non-lawyer but helpful services, forms and education other than the basic
books available at the local book store. Many of those contained out-dated
and even worse . . . inaccurate information.

While there are some great small business websites out there, it is
difficult to find quality and useful information about the LLC which is now
the most common legal entity for small business.

the limited liability company, a business owner is left in the dark as to what
